Order in Chaos

This painting contains my aspiration to find unwavering order even within chaos. The canvas features the strong protection of the Vajra Guardian (Geumgang Yeoksa) and the soft solace of the Celestial Maidens (Cheonnyeo) coexisting in harmony, despite their contrast. Just as life demands both strength and gentleness, defense and flow, these two beings symbolize the perfect balance within our inner selves. While the Vajra Guardian wards off evil forces, the Celestial Maidens soothe our hearts with heavenly music. I finally discover the safest and most complete peace within this interplay of opposing forces.
