This painting is a combination of the world of the Joseon Dynasty painter Shin Yunbok and my cosmic imagination. Figures from Shin Yunbok's genre paintings swing in my cosmos, which is a Mureungdowon (Peach Blossom Spring) that transcends time. The beauty of tradition and the freedom of imagination are interwoven, marking the moment when the boundaries between reality and fantasy collapse.

My cosmos is my eternal backdrop and a Mureungdowon with the power to transcend time. Here, the past, present, and future can meet without restriction. The figure on the canvas cuts through the wind, swinging as if swimming among the stars. Though she wears the attire of a Joseon woman, her appearance is not stifled at all. Rather, the lines of her Hanbok (traditional dress) meet the light of eternity, flowing more softly and freely.

Just as Shin Yunbok's paintings were highly unconventional for his time, this work is also an attempt at unconventionality, reinterpreting tradition. Through this piece, I wanted to show the possibility that the past and present, tradition and the cosmos, can harmonize to achieve eternal freedom.
