One of my main subjects is the fish. While it is sometimes regarded as a symbol of the ascetic in Buddhism, the fish in this work transcends that meaning, existing as a liberated being swimming freely on a vast cosmic planet. Despite the dynamic contrast between the red sky and various clouds, the fish in the water enjoys its own joy and life within that setting.

Another planet is a brilliant world blossoming with lotus flowers. It seems entirely like a paradise of flowers, as if time has stood still. I intended to fully enjoy my own absolute freedom within these planets of the cosmos.

The universe is the very essence of my mind and the foundation of my painting. Through this cosmos—my eternal home and the backdrop of my life—I can limitlessly create the puzzle of my imagination. Freely, limitlessly. Within this universe, all my energy flows ceaselessly.
